Andy Carvell
 Councillor Andy Carvell has lived in Cheltenham for over 15 years and Swindon Village since 2019. Andy works locally as an Electronic Engineer and lives with his wife and son, who attends the village primary school. In his spare time Andy enjoys all things electronics and computers and when not at a keyboard or soldering, he can be found running or walking around the public footpaths in the area. He’s particularly passionate about planning, and is keen to get the best for the residents of the Parish and work hard to ensure developers keep to their promises as Elms Park begins to turn into a reality. Joining the Parish Council in 2026, Andy is pleased with how welcoming the existing Councillors have been, and is keen to get stuck in. |
